i created these drippy lips with using OCC's lip pigments... they are UNREAL!!
just added in black to get the darker shade..
also did DEV's neon look..using m.a.c.'s cobalt blue color on her eyelids and the new m.a.c. freakshow lashes.. applied a few lashes to her bottom corners and neon yellow on the inner corners of her eyes..metallic+sparkling gold for her lips.
